Next-Level Growth Program Application

We are accepting applications on behalf of Latrobe City Council and with support from the State Government of Victoria.

12-week program commences in September 2025.

Program Details

In 12 weeks of targeted business education, coaching and mentoring you will develop the most effective growth plan to help you take your business to the next level.

This impactful program is being delivered by the award nominated team at 25eight with ten years experience in achieving economic results for the small and medium businesses they work with. With a unique approach and proven methodology, you'll be supported to identify the opportunities in your market and/or business and then develop a focused plan to capitalise on them whilst increasing your knowledge, skills and confidence to action it effectively.

You will self-pace through online activities, attend in-person and virtual group sessions, meet with your business coach one-to-one and be matched with an Industry Mentor who can provide guidance and insights specific to your business or market situation.

The program is designed specifically for time-poor business owners and is quite flexible in delivery. However, as a subsidised program, this investment in your business requires your commitment to attending all scheduled sessions and completing the 12 weeks of the program. By applying for a place, you agree to commit a minimum of 2 hours per week to working on the program and to attend each of the Group Sessions scheduled at:

  • Welcome session (in-person Latrobe Regional Airport) -2 September, 2025 11.30am - 2pm

  • Week 3 Session - 16 September, 2025 12pm - 1pm

  • Week 5 Session - 30 September, 2025 12pm - 1pm

  • Week 9 Session - 28 October, 2025 12pm - 1pm

  • Final Session & Presentations (in-person Latrobe Regional Airport) - 25 November, 2025 11.30am -2pm.
